This has driven me most nearly crazy during my career (but then I am very literal).
Do not write: “Enclosed please find . . . .”
Write instead: “Here is or Enclosed is . . .”
Here’s why: If an 8 ½ by 11 stationery page is folded into thirds and placed into a #10 envelope it isn’t LOST.
